Name:  Gordon LaMont Helderman, 70 Died:  February 2, 2010 Gordon LaMont Helderman, 70, of Wirt, MN died on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at his home in Wirt. Gordon was born January 9, 1940 to Hubert and Helen (Cooper) Helderman in East Chicago, IN. Gordon was united in marriage to Lillian Frank on June 4, 1966 in International Falls. Gordon served in the U.S. Army. He was retired from Boise Cascade where he worked as a papermaker. Gordon enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, baking, farming and bowling. Gordon was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Garrold and William and granddaughter, Jessie. Gordon is survived by his wife, Lillian of Int'l Falls; son, Gordon (Bonnie) Helderman, Jr. of Int'l Falls; daughters, Sandy (Bill) Anderson, Sheila Helderman, both of Int'l Falls and Sherry (Dean) Nelson of Wirt, MN; grandchildren, Sarah, Jordan, Cody, Shawna, Rocky, Shayna, Sabrina, Brandon, Cole, Sienna, Brita, Nick, Destiny and Briana and siblings, Kathy, Sue, Ronnie, Budde and Allan. Visitation will be one hour prior to the 2:00 p.m. memorial service on Monday, February 8, 2010 at Green-Larsen Mortuary in Int'l Falls.
